Come and Rest
Matthew 11:28–29
In a world that constantly asks more of you, Jesus offers something radically different—rest.
In this Lectio Divina, we slow down and listen to His gentle invitation: “Come to me… and I will give you rest.” These words are not a demand, but a welcome. Not a burden, but a release.
As you sit with this passage, you’re invited to lay down what you’ve been carrying—your striving, your worries, your weariness—and receive the peace only He can give. This is a moment to breathe deeply, to be still, and to remember that you don’t have to hold it all together on your own.
Come as you are.
Let His words meet you right where you are.
And find rest for your soul.
Be Still. Listen. Let God Speak.
