This month in our Lectio Divina series, Letting Go, we’ll slow down with Scripture and gently place before God the things we were never meant to carry alone — fear, control, disappointment, regret, striving, and anxiety. Through guided times of listening, reflection, prayer, and rest, we’ll learn to open our hands and trust the faithful presence of God.

Each Lectio is designed to help you quiet the noise, become attentive to the voice of the Lord, and experience the freedom that comes from surrendering what weighs heavily on your heart.

New guided Lectios release every Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday throughout June on the app, website, and podcast.
