Today we’re sitting with a promise so many of us need: “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength…”

Maybe you’re feeling a little worn down right now—just tired in ways that rest alone doesn’t fix. This verse isn’t asking you to push harder… it’s inviting you to wait. To place your hope, gently and honestly, back in the Lord.

And I love that it doesn’t just talk about soaring. It talks about running… and even walking. God meets you in all of it—the highs, the steady middle, and the slow, heavy steps.

So just come as you are. No pressure. No striving.
