Revelation 21:4

Our hearts are heavy as we hear the unfolding news about the devastating flooding in the Texas Hill Country. While our personal family is safe, our hearts ache for those who are enduring unimaginable tragedy. Amidst the sorrow, we are grateful for reports of miraculous protection and heroic actions, yet we also grieve deeply for the immeasurable loss and heartbreak that others are facing.

In times like these, I find myself drawn to the promises of Scripture, particularly Revelation 21:4:

"He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
