Lesson Five

In this lesson, we look at the early church to see the incredible transformation that took place in the lives of the early believers between the crucifixion and the day of Pentecost. The reality of the power of God as seen in the undeniable resurrection of the Lord, the certainty that the Lord was right there with them even when unseen and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit combined to infuse their hearts with the fear of the Lord. This is the foundation that the early church was founded upon.
