Read or Listen: Slowly read or listen to Luke 3:21-22. Take your time to absorb the words and the imagery of the Holy Spirit descending like a dove.

Meditate: Ask the Lord to give you one word from this passage. Reflect on the significance of this word. 

Contemplate: Engage in a conversation with God about what your word. Ask Him to elaborate, to expand your word. Wait on Him. See how He speaks to you.

Respond: Ask the Lord how to activate this word in your life this week. Spend a few moments in silence, resting in God’s presence. Finish with a prayer of intention stating how you will walk out your word this week. Allow the Holy Spirit to work within you, bringing peace and clarity to your heart and mind.
