Day 37 Lectio

Oh Lord, be gracious to me in my distress. My eye is wasted away from grief, and my body and soul suffer too. I turn to you for comfort and support. Guide me through this difficult time so that I may find the strength to carry on. Help me to look within and discover deeper truths about myself and the world around me. Give me a deeper understanding of your word through lectio divina so that I can draw nearer to Your presence.
