Colossians 3:15

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts. Colossians 3:15

Ruh-roh. The peace of God comes from the giver of every perfect gift, our heavenly Father — He gives us peace. But this verse teaches that we have a say in whether His peace rules in our hearts or not. God makes it available to us but we can refuse to operate out of that place of peace. His peace is like an umpire in a baseball game, deciding what thoughts stay and which ones go. Safe or out. Let His peace rule in your heart like an umpire today.
